Drones, pedal points, sustained bass notes... these are all excellent tools to use in your fingerstyle guitar arrangements and playing! I applied the use of a bass note drone or pedal point on a recent arrangement, and in this lesson I'll be sharing with you my thought process in applying this drone, and using it alongside the harmonies to blend the chord progression seamlessly together.
